Our Current Board Members
Mr. Donald Folsom Serves as the Chairman for the Cook County DFCS Board. Mr. Folsom is the owner of the local Chevron Service
Station and is a member of Springhead Baptist Church.
Mr. Guy Daughtrey serves as the Vice-Chairman
of the Cook County DFCS Board, American Red Cross Statewide Financial Development Committee, Tift County Chamber of
Commerce, United Way of Tift County, and Private Industry Council-South Georgia. He serves as the President of the Citizens
of Georgia Power and the American Red Cross--Tift Chapter.
Mr. Daughtrey is employed with Georgia Power.
Ms. Alvera Washington serves as a member on the Cook County DFCS Board. Ms. Washington who is retired is also a member of
the Piney Grove Missonary Baptist Church.
Ms. Essie Lindsey is a member of the Cook County DFCS Board and serves as a member of the Cook County Cancer Society.
Mr. Dilliard Ensley serves as a member of the Cook County DFCS Board. He also serves as
a minister for the Owsly Baptist Church. Mr. Ensley holds the position as President of the Cook Historical Society and the
Retired Teachers Association.
